We are so happy to introduce beef from a beautiful family run operation! Elizabeth operates Chaney's Dairy and ice cream shop, while husband Chase operates 20/20 Cattle Company, a beef program with its own genetic line of F1 Wagyu breed cattle.

These Wagyu beef shanks are cut to about 1 inch thick and are especially earthy — incredibly delectable when roasted low and slow, or braised until the succulent meat falls off the bone!
